KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 30 — Proton Holdings Bhd has confirmed that its car-scrapping programme — Proton Xchange Programme — has been discontinued as the funding has been fully used up.
In a statement here today, Proton said only applications that reached its regional offices on or before Oct 31 would be processed for the rebate vouchers -Malaysiainsider.
