first and foremost...ask the department to audit their rubbish collector..their truck leake and the dirty water from the rubbish tank flow to the road and it will smell horrible for days...
they never bother to put back our rubbish bin in place after clearing them..sometimes even left it in the middle of the road...
the plant and plant debris like branches and leaves..they are suppose to clear twice a week but ..it only happen once a month...
the department concerned...please audit your contractor before go further....also it need money to buy different colours of plastic begs which your didnt supply...by differentiating rubbish is a good thing to the enviroement BUT ...what I see is doing good for the contractor..so that they saved time and make faster cash.
